The morning sun rises to dispel the mist in the air, the hot soybean milk in the breakfast shop on the street is rumbling in the pot, the rolling assembly line in the workshop makes the sound of metal collision, and the workers' forehead oozes fine sweat... These ordinary and real daily activities seem to tell us that with a year's efforts and gains, the Zhongda people are heading towards the promising 2023.

With a thousand miles in my heart, I strive for success every day. Looking back at 2022, we have gone through twists and turns, overcome fog, forge ahead, and together withstood the test of the epidemic, passing through an extraordinary 2022. Looking back at 2022, we have always been firmly committed to the path of transformation and change, actively launching low-carbon, efficient and energy-saving products, vigorously expanding the field of new energy, and promoting the application of system solutions.

In this year, Zhongda established the Electric Motor System Research Institute to promote the research and application of new technologies by technical R&D personnel, and to tackle key technical issues. Under the strong leadership of Dean Chang and Dean Guo, the research institute has successfully developed special application motors such as YKS air-cooled centrifugal motor, YP self-lubricating&sliding bearing centrifugal motor, and 6kV YBX3 high-voltage high-efficiency thinning structure motor, in accordance with the goal of "researching and developing new products, developing new technologies, and focusing on new talents", consolidating consensus and inspiring efforts, injecting confidence into the continuous development of the technical team.

This year, Zhongda passed the TYE5 permanent magnet motor energy-saving certification and launched the YE5 three-phase asynchronous motor, continuously expanding its green, low-carbon, high-efficiency and energy-saving series product line. The YE5 series products have obtained a full range of energy-saving certificates, covering the center high H80~H355. The motor efficiency level meets the first level energy efficiency of GB18613-2020, meets the IE5 efficiency level in the international standard IEC 60034, the German DIN standard, and far exceeds the level of ultra-high efficiency motors in the United States NEMA.

This year, Zhongda actively explored the new energy industry, relying on independently developed energy-saving products such as water-cooled permanent magnets and air-cooled permanent magnets, and participated in the construction of new infrastructure projects such as new energy and data centers multiple times.

This year, Zhongda experienced a one month closed-loop production, with all senior management and stationed employees fighting side by side. They built simple military beds and built a "copper wall and iron wall" to ensure production and supply. From production assembly to logistics support, they drove at full power 24 hours a day to ensure order delivery, loaded and unloaded trucks overnight, and worked overtime to ensure timely delivery of orders, becoming the most stable and reliable choice for customers.

This year, Zhongda made its debut at the refrigeration exhibition with three-phase asynchronous motors, high-efficiency variable frequency permanent magnet synchronous motors, synchronous reluctance motors, and system solutions for centrifugal compressors, showcasing mature refrigeration industry system solutions to industry experts and on-site customers.

This year, Zhongda also received many honors and was selected as a "Green Leading Enterprise in Jiangsu Province". It was awarded the title of "Wuxi Worker Pioneer" and the "Social Responsibility Contribution Award". It also hosted the "Specialization, Refinement, and Innovation" special event for the integration of foreign and private enterprises in Wuxi High tech Zone, and jointly discussed development issues such as factory lean management, intelligent manufacturing, and digital transformation with multiple outstanding enterprises.
